2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2019 in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)(A), 26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of two country made pistols and 18 cartridges from his possession. It is submitted that the petitioner is on bail in eight cases out of nine prior cases in which he is accused. The petitioner has already suffered more than six months in custody.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity
