Nadim Seraj, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Iqbal Asif Niaz, learned counsel for the University.

2. This Court vide order dated 12.05.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12939 of 2022 had directed the Vice Chancellor to dispose of the representation of the petitioner who aggrieved by

Patna High Court MJC No.3345 of 2023(5) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 non-payment of his retiral dues and pension had filed the said writ petition.

3. It is informed by Mr. Md. Nadim Seraj along with Mr. Iqbal Asif Niaz, learned counsel for the University that the admissible dues to the petitioner has already been paid under different heads by passing a detailed order dated 09.01.2025 by the Vice Chancellor.

4. Considering the aforesaid information, the present contempt petition stands consigned.

5. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the Vice Chancellor of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U
