The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 380 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is that he along with other co-accused snatched the mobile of the informant and one of the co-accused fired upon him, which hit the cheek of the informant.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
