2. The petitioners have prayed for grant of bail in connection with Charkapathar P.S. Case No. 103(1), 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that three days ago one Jabbar Sheikh arrived at the house of the informant and has threatened that his son Dugga Marandi has made the photograph of his daughter viral so, he will be killed. On 16.08.2024 at about 4.15 PM all the accused persons including the petitioner killed the son of the informant by assaulting with bricks and stone and have thrown the dead body in the canal.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submitted that in this case there is no eye witness. One Jabbar Sheikh has given his confessional statement and in his confessional statement, he has named these two petitioners. Their name has surfaced only on the basis of confessional statement except that there is nothing against them. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that they are not concerned in any way with Jabbar Sheikh who has threatened the informant. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 18.08.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Charkapatthar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
