Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2025 Heard Mr. Prithivi Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025 dated 18.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 110 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel are that the FIR has been registered against seven

No.77086 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/3 accused persons, including the petitioners, admittedly, there was a land dispute between both parties, and as per the allegation, all the accused persons assaulted the informant, however, only two injuries were found on the person of the informant, although one was opined to be grievous in nature, it was located on a nonvital part of his body, and the second injury, which was on a vital part of the body, was not opined to be grievous in nature. The first injury was also opined to be not dangerous to life. It is lastly submitted that all the petitioners bear no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation against any of them.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Atri P.S.
