JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kunauli (Dagmara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019, corresponding to S.T. Excise No.324 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per FIR police got information that some accused persons were carrying liquor in the motorcycle and raided the place and recovered 69 litres of liquor and two motorcycles were also seized, one of them is of the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the motorcycle was taken by his friend and he was not present there and he has no criminal antecedent.
