JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 116/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is named in the first information report with specific allegation of committing the occurrence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, if petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the concerned court, the regular bail petition of the petitioner shall be considered by the concerned court on its own
