The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. The Tractor has been recovered from another person for which Rajpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 has been registered. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 19.6.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S.
