The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur (Waini O.P.)P.S. Case No.85 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. Allegation as per the F.I.R. against the petitioner is that miscreants snatched the bag containing Rs.96,399/-, two mobile, one Samsung Tab, one Bio-Metric Machine from the informant. However, it appears from the impugned order that it is stated as per the F.I.R. that the petitioner has snatched the bag of the informant but it does not appear correct. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.P. and nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody for about six

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petiioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- 12, Samastipur, in Tajpur (Waini)P.S.Case No.85 of 2018 subject to the condition that bailors of the petitioner shall be of local having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
