2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)/(B), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act, registered in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 13 of 2025.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons were found involved in illicit trade of ganja. On arrest, co-accused Uttam Gop @ Lechu told the police that the ganja was to be delivered to the

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and the entire allegation is false and fabricated. He was not arrested and the arrested persons have been granted bail and the case of the petitioner stands on better footing. He is a person of clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge NDPS Act) Purnea in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 13 of 2025/Supplementary Special Case No. 104 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

7. Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, and if it is found that he
