The petitioner seeks bail in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 25/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 Arms Act.

From the seizure-list it appears that four country made pistols and various articles meant for manufacturing of firearms have been recovered from the house of this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected at this stage. Petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months in the event no substantive progress is made in
