Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents for release of the wife of the petitioner namely Chunni Kumari from the North Remand Home, Gaighat, Patna in favour of the petitioner, who has been detained in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 184/2019 registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code vide order

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1659 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 passed by the ACJM-III, Muzaffarpur."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition enabling the petitioner to independently challenge the order passed by the court below in accordance with law.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
