1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ/rule/direction for quashing letter no.199 dated 20.06.2023 passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Darbhanga Sadar, Darbhanga (Respondent no.-6) (Annexure-6) withholding the payment of honorarium / amount of incentive being used to be paid from the ICDS Angan Account, in contravention to the Letter

Patna High Court CWJC No.17195 of 2023(2) dt.19-02-2024 2/2 No.4800 dated 16.08.2019 issued under the Signature of the Assistant Director ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) (Respondent no.-4) (Annexure-5) as also letter no. 1518 dated 22.08.2023 (Annexure- 7) issued by the District Programme Officer Darbhanga (Respondent no.- 5) directing the Child Development Project Officer to upload the date of birth and the details of the absentees on Angan app, so that the honorarium to the Anganwadi Sevika/ Sahayika is made failing which the entire responsibility would be of the concerned Child Development Project Officer, and thereby the respondents may be directed to make the payment of honorarium/ amount of incentive to the petitioner withheld from the month of June, 2023."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
