JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 203 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the written report it is alleged that on the date of occurrence Amit Kumar caused firearm injuries in the hand and thigh of the informant. The informant started running away, then this petitioner along with co-accused Murari Yadav made firing which hit in the left and right side of waist of the informant. Thereafter, the informant fell down near the house. Case diary has been received.

Injury report of the informant is available in the case diary wherein the Doctor has found three injuries on the person of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56300 of 2018 (5) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 the informant which is on vital part of the body. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
