Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63,64,65 Copy Right Act, 1957 and under Section 103,104 Trade Mark Act, 1999.

Allegation relates to violation of copy right of the informant. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection
