JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 The petitioner, who is in custody since 23.08.2019 seeks bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has neither been named in the F.I.R nor any suspicion has been raised against him. The petitioner was arrested in another case but was remanded in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner has been granted bail in one of such cases.

Case No. 42 of 2019.
