====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2025 Without going into the merits of demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsel.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have stopped the construction of the Panchayat Bhawan and however the representation made by the petitioner is still pending with the District Magistrate (Respondent No. 3). Learned counsel submits that a direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.18593 of 2024(3) dt.18-12-2025 2/3 may be given to the authority concerned for disposing of the said representation in accordance with law by fixing a time frame.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State submits that the representation of the petitioner has not been filed along with the writ petition and therefore the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate within a period of four weeks from today ventilating his grievance and on such representation being given, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and necessary orders passed. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the authority shall put the petitioner on notice and give him an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation made by the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
