2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file fresh writ petition bringing on record the recommendation of the Shetty Commission and its adoption by the State Government so far as Judicial Officers and staff of the Civil Court are concerned.

3. The aforesaid recommendation of Shetty

Patna High Court CWJC No.18594 of 2024(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 Commission having not been brought on record, it would be in the interest of justice that the petitioner may file a fresh writ petition giving all the details and his eligibility as per his post.
