JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) To direct the State respondents to remove the encroachment made by the Private Respondents No. 8 to 10 over the land of Road situated at villageSakhmohan, P.S. Bibhutipur, SubDivision-Rosera, District-Samastipur

Patna High Court CWJC No.18500 of 2024(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 appertaining to Khesra No.2962.

(ii) To direct the State respondent to take appropriate action against Private Respondents No. 8 to 10 for disturbing the peace of the village by encroaching over the Road land in question."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bibhutipur, District-Samastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
