The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 153/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and that he has no concern with the seized motorcycle or the liquor which was found thereon. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by some enemical persons of the village and that he has no criminal antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on
