JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mirganj P. S. Case No.213 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 337, 308, 504, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner no.1 was obstructing the passage of the informant and further allegation of assault by rod to the informant and against petitioner no.2 there is assault by bricks. There is also allegation of trying to disrobe the Nanad of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the F.I.R. itself shows that there is dispute with respect to passage and injuries are not serious, which will appear from the impugned order.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XVI, Gopalganj, in connection with Mirganj P.
