Case No. 69 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR there is allegation against the petitioner and one more accused of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant and it further appears in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim has made specific allegation against the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that materials collected during investigation disclosed that she has been recovered along with one Vicki Sharma and allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted and he is in custody for six months and even according to victim girl her age was 17-

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Mashaurhi, District Patna, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of trial.
