The present petition has been filed for restoring Civil Review petition bearing Civil Review No. 67 of 2019, which has been dismissed on account of non compliance of the peremptory order dated 31.07.2019.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of aforesaid Civil Review Petition bearing Civil Review No. 67 of 2019, to its original file, subject to the petitioner removing the defects pointed out by the registry in the

Patna High Court MJC No.4533 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 said Civil Review Petition, within a period of four weeks' from today as also subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within the aforesaid time fixed.

The present petition stands allowed subject to the fulfillment of the aforesaid conditions.
