2. Earlier bail petition of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 42257 of 2022 with observation that if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that more than six months have elapsed but the trial is still pending.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81231 of 2023(2) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, (West) Muzaffarpur in Connection With Paroo P.S. Case No. 95 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.

(ii) If the petitioners are found involved in future in the similar type of offence, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application before the court below for cancellation of the bail of the petitioners and the learned court below will take decision in accordance with law.
