2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the names of the petitioners were existing in the voter list of 2014 and 2019 as a full member but without assigning any reason, their names have been deleted from the present voter list. He has submitted further that they have filed objection

Patna High Court CWJC No.17363 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 before the Block Development Officer, Chapra Sadar Block, Saran at Chapra/ Returning Officer on 21.10.2024 but without considering their objection, the final voter list was published.

3. The petitioners may approach for their grievances before the Returning Officer-cum-Block Development Officer, Chapra Sadar Block, Saran at Chapra, who shall decide their objection before the last date of nomination.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
