2. The only grievance which has been sought to be ventilated in this writ petition is with regard to payment of Provident Fund dues.

3. On the contrary, learned counsel for the State has filed the counter affidavit showing payment of the said amount and appropriate chart has also been appended with this counter affidavit, which is appended as Annexure-B.

4. Taking into account the fact that the amount has already been disbursed. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this case.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that in case some amount, which is found to be unpaid and it is noticed that there is some mis-calculation. In such event, the petitioner is granted liberty to make appropriate application before the authority concerned within a period of two weeks for ventilating such grievances, and failure of the same, no such representation shall be entertained.
