JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ander P. S. Case No. 124 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. so far this petitioner is concerned, allegation is that he assaulted by hockey and stick causing injury to the mother of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties. The injury caused to the mother of the informant is simple in nature and considering the same, other accused person has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 05.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 69410 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72448 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 appeared suo motu and submitted that petitioner is an accused in one more case and there is allegation of extortion also against him.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Siwan, in connection with Ander P. S. Case No. 124 of 2019.
