The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur P. S. Case No. 128 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence, 12 miscreants entered into the house of the informant armed with weapons and after confining all the family members took away various articles as mentioned in the written report. It is further alleged in the written report that informant has identified one old person named Jago Yadav (petitioner). Thereafter, police has prepared the seizure list mentioning the articles recovered from possession of the petitioner which shows that those articles are daily use house

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67062 of 2018(3) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 hold articles and the same were never put on T.I.P. by the police.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.4.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd ACJM, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P. S. Case No. 128 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
