Patna High Court CWJC No.17278 of 2023(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 upon his Complaint Petition containing allegation of illegal appointment and misuse of public exchequer ignoring the statutory provisions and law decided by the Court of Law within specified period keeping in mind the right of timely consideration and decision as well as speedy justice, which are mandatory and obligatory for the respondents and further prayer regarding legal action as provided under law in light of decision taken by competent authority after through enquiry."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
