2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others has made many round of firing on the informant but he escaped anyhow.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. The occurrence is of 15.05.2024 and the FIR has been lodged on 16.05.2024. In this case, the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. No one

It has also been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Ravi Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by learned coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 64429 of 2024. The case of this petitioner is of similar footing. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 10.06.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Patna.
