Informant, brother of deceased filed a written report on 12.07.2019 alleging inter alia that after having been informed by the neighbour of Sasuralwala of his brother regarding death of his brother, Devendra Rai, they came and then, knew with regard to the death of his brother in suspicious circumstance and for that, he put his suspicion against wife of the deceased who was not inclined to stay with him along with all the family members of her Naihar. None is an eyewitness to the occurrence. Cause of death has been shown as asphyxia due to hanging.
From para-13 of the case diary, it is evident that police was already informed in the morning of 11.07.2019 itself on account of commission of suicide by the deceased,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79329 of 2019(4) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 whereupon, police arrived, siezed Chunni by which, the aforesaid incident was completed, prepared inquest on the basis of Sanha Entry No. 243/2019.
Petitioner is a female (mother-in-law of the deceased) and in the background of clumsiness over the materials having been collected at the end of the investigating officer, let petitioner, SHIV KUMARI DEVI be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Begusarai in connection with Mansurchak P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
