2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, in course of going with the M.L.A. of a constituency, on suspicion, the informant tried to stop a person, who was trying to remain closer to the M.L.A. and in consequence thereupon, the said person was apprehended and a loaded countrymade pistol was recovered from his waist.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. Neither he was arrested nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. His name has figured only on the basis of confessional

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class, Saran in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
