Petitioner seeks bail in Gaighat P.S. Case No.214 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 414 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedents. From the seizure list, which is available with First Information Report, it appears that one live cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
