Petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.62 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 120(B) Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the written report, there is allegation of firing against co-accused, Ranjit Singh, Bittu Singh and one Gora Nath Singh.

There is no allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57111 of 2018 (3) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.62 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
