The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No.424 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 110 liters of country made liquor from Yamaha Motorcycle, which is standing in front of the house of the accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that earlier the petitioner is involved in one case in the same

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
