The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the Circle Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda to dispose of his petition filed on 15.02.2019 for mutating his name and creating Jamabandi in the name of the petitioner with regard to the lands of Khesra No.575, area 1.33 acres and Khesra No.564, area 6 decimals of Khata No.310, situated in village Chistiyana, Sadar Circle, Nalanda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner earlier moved this Court in CWJC No.1409 of 2019 and this Court directed the petitioner to file petition under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011. The petitioner in pursuance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23491 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 the order passed in CWJC No.1409 of 2019 presented the petition for getting his name mutated but the mutation case filed by the petitioner is still pending.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, The Circle Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda is directed to dispose of the petition of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
