2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that of dispute relating to cultivation of land.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, they have got clean antecedent and petitioners are in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81834 of 2023(2) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 07.10.2023. He further submits that all offences are bailable except Sections 326 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and the weapon used in offence is danda (thick stick) not any lethal weapon.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of detention of the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Pothia P.S.
