The petitioner in this writ petition seeks quashing for cancelling the application of the petitioner for upkeeping of Archaeological Gardens in the State of Bihar for the financial year 2019-2020 and the same was allotted to respondent no.5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has already filed representation before the Director General of Archaeological Survey of India and the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.23628 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2020 2/2 may be disposed of with a direction to the Director General of Archaeological Survey of India to dispose of the representation of the petitioner filed on 09.10.2019 (Annexure 4).
