In view of the specific allegation that 48 liters Foreign liquor was recovered from a vehicle parked near the house of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected, with a direction to surrender and seek regular bail within a period of six weeks from today, which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
