Petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No.581 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 and 328 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Police has arrested the petitioner merely on suspicion and recorded his confessional statement.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58032 of 2018(3) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Bagaha, in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No.581 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
