2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 214 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is a case of double murder. The petitioner is said to have participated in the aforesaid crime.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, even though co-accused persons have been granted bail, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
