2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation alleged against them and they have no concern with the couple. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV,(west Muzaffarpur ) in connection with Saraiya P .
