The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon NTPC P.S. Case No. 45/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 216 (A), 353, 401, 413, 414, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant case has been lodged on the basis of self-statement of informant/S.I. Manoj Kumar Singh. Neither any arms nor any ammunition has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. He is in custody since 12.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61942 of 2018 (3) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate Xth, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon NTPC P.S.
