The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that Jitendra Singh and Hirdaya Nand Singh entered in the house of the informant and started to outrage her modesty. At that time, Jitendra Singh unfold her Sari and Hirdaya Nand Singh tried to commit rape laying her on the bed. On raising alarm, Jitendra Singh pointed the rifle on her. In the meantime, villagers and her husband came there and saved her. At that time, Jitendra Singh attacked her husband, Munna

Thereafter, petitioner also came there with licensee gun and made indiscriminate firing but non sustained injury in the said firing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the informant are co-villagers and due to dirty village politics, the petitioner, who is family member of Mukhiya, has falsely been implicated in the present case with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Bikramganj, in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
