2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 585 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner and co-accused Amarendra Kumar inflicted iron rod blows on the head of the informant and made him injured.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the injuries are simple in nature and there is case and counter case.

5. The learned counsel for the informant has opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83297 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner inflicted rod blows on the head of his own brother and he has criminal antecedent of two cases.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make a prayer for regular bail which shall be disposed of on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
