2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 117(2), 126(2), 303(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., some unknown persons committed murder of informant's brother while he was boarding a train at Ara station. The accused persons also committed theft of gold chain and money from the deceased.

4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Kumar Rishu @ Shashank and Nitish Kumar wherein it has been stated that this petitioner alongwith others committed the offence.
