" I. To direct the concerned respondents to record the name of the petitioner in online jamabandi upon the land of Khata no. 464, Khesra no.-280, Area 10.785 Decimals, Mauza-Saraiya, Halka-Manpura, Thana no.- 544, Anchal Dariyapur, Jamabandi No. 362, Dist- Saran forthwith.

II. To direct the concerned respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 18/09/2025 forthwith.

III. To direct the concerned respondents, to protect the peaceful possession of petitioner on her own

Patna High Court CWJC No.18945 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/3 registered land in the interest of justice, forthwith. IV. To grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to as in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Mr. Satya Ranjan Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. K.N. Jha, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents are present and they are heard.

The main grievance raised by the petitioner is that she has applied for uploading her Jamabandi Online, but no action has been taken despite an application having been filed by the petitioner online and thereafter, upon filing her representation before the District Magistrate, Saran, no action has been taken.

4. This Court is of the view that the issue raised by the petitioner is premature for consideration under writ jurisdiction, however, the District Magistrate, Saran is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025 as per the provisions of Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 within four weeks from the date of receipt or production of this order's copy.

5. The petitioner will have a liberty to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Saran for redressal of her grievance, if she avails this liberty within two weeks from today then the District Magistrate, Saran shall decide the

6. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
