The petitioners seek bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 197 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that in course of search of Bengal Tiger Bus in which both the petitioners were found sitting, 80 Kg meant for filling the liquor was recovered and both the petitioners also confessed that the bundles of the wrapper were kept by them.

Submission is that both the petitioners are in custody in the present case from 17.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76931 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 case, let the petitioners, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.O. Case No. 197 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, II, Nawadah.
