2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 588 of 2024 registered for offence under Sections 112(2), 319(2), 336(3) and 338 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

3. However, after some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Permission is granted.

5. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as
