This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) Police Station Case No. 303 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into an agreement with the informant to sell a certain piece of land and took Rs. 4, 50, 000/- but neither the sale deed was executed nor the money was returned.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that now the parties have compromised the matter outside the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19848 of 2018 (4) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 and a compromise petition has also been filed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks and on his surrender the court below after verifying the authenticity of compromise petition, shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with the sureties of the like amount each to his satisfaction.
